Kate, the cook! There have been many skills that you have acquired along the journey of your project, that are aside from cooking! The way you have gained confidence in writing emails to a variety of recipients, and can make phone calls to gather information is a handy skill to have. You have very clear ideas of what you want to achieve, and have put a lot of hard work into achieving these goals. At the end of each cooking session, you have clearly articulated what you have learnt, and what you are still wondering. This shows that you are constantly reflecting on what you are doing, and thinking ahead to future food adventures. I loved the way you were extremely independent, and strived to do as much as you could on your own, with the guidance of others.
